Looking to rent an apartment or an entire floor in a private house starting May 25. Layout: 2 bedrooms + kitchen-living room (2+1). Preferred areas: Nahalovka, Chughureti, or Avlabari, close to a metro station and shops. Not on the main street – quiet location only.

Requirements:
• Private courtyard or large veranda/balcony – a must
• Preferably on the second floor
• Light, soft-toned interior renovation
• High-quality mattresses (orthopedic preferred)
• Good water pressure
• Air conditioning

Other aspects are not critical.

Residents: one adult man (45), one elderly woman (70), and one calm adult cat (5 years old).

Rental term: minimum 6 months, with a possibility to extend for several years if everything is satisfactory.

Budget: up to $500/month + utilities by meter.
If there are no meters, utilities should not exceed 100 GEL/month.
